Veterinary Consultations

What happens at your consultation?

For you and your pet's convenience we operate an appointment-based system. This is to eliminate long delays in the waiting room. Please phone for an appointment and we will facilitate your requirements. If you wish to cancel an appointment please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can offer it to another client.

For continuity of care or if you prefer to see one vet in particular, please inform our nurse when you are making your appointment. We will do everything we can to facilitate such requests.

Your pet's medical details are entered on a specialised veterinary software system. This allows us to record all medical, surgical, dietary and other important information in order to build up a detailed record of your pet's health. These records are then always available on-site to the vet treating your pet.

Our patients cannot talk to us ! So during consultations we listen very carefully to what their owners have to say on their behalf. We will then develop a treatment plan that is specific to your pet's needs. Our practice is fully equipped with the very latest in diagnostic equipment and when necessary we will suggest the appropriate clinical tests for your pet.

Pet Treatment Fees

During the course of the consultation we are very happy to give an estimate of treatment costs should your pet require ongoing treatment or surgery. Please don't be embarrassed about asking.

Please telephone the surgery of your choice to check
appointment times and availability
